So impressed with the excellent service and low cost of an emergency repair to my front door lock. I was fully expecting to have the lock replaced at a high cost as it was an emergency callout and it was definitely broken trapping people inside the flat.. Mark arrived promptly, dismantled the lock, found the problem and repaired it!
